WordPress MU

   I have a client that wants to create multiple niche sites and they are concerned that the link authority passed between sites will be lower since they are on the same server/IP.

   I had suggested MU so they had a single login for management but the SEO value is of primary importance.

   Is there any validity to their concern? Should we just use Wordpress and deal with mulitple sites to upgrade and sign into?
