I want to install WP plugin but I have this error for all plugin:
Call to undefined function register_setting()....
Do you know what I can do?

What version of WordPress MU are you using? register_setting is a new function in version 2.8, I believe.

If a user want to change his blog, can he change thw style from the admin, even if he knows nothing about css
