    Hi everybod

Someone know if there is a plugin that lets you change the theme: color, backgroung, images...
I want that the people who have a blog can change their blog.

    Thanks

A number of them. All of them have some form of security risk so please keep that in mind. I'm going to point you to the search box and ask that you search for 'css editor' so you can see the discussions. This is not something you can just install and let it be done with.

We just discussed this yesterday in fact:

Have a lok at this one:

    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/theme-tweaker/

It will let users very safely and easily change colors on their theme without knowing CSS. It also has a color picker.

I see that we can also add the theme editor, but I didn't understand how?

You probably do not want your users editing the php of the theme, given your other posts. :)

    Maybe use the Userthemes plugin.
