i have download Farms comment spam pack zip file from http://wpmudevorg.wordpress.com/project/Farms-comment-spam-pack, unzip it and upload the "070713 Farms comment spam pack" folder (which includes a custom-anti-spam folder and 3 .php files: custom_anti_spam.php, simple-trackback-validation.php and spam-filter.php) to /wp-content/mu-plugins/ folder, but i tried again and again, it seems that it doesn't work (I tried as a guest to post a comment, no difference than before). Where i did wrong? I will appreciate very much for your help! Thanks.

make sure the php files are dumped right in the mu-plugins folder, and not in a subfolder under that.
The only difference you will see is when you are logged out, the captcha will be there.
(I use this all the time)
