   Is it possible to use the same theme for several blogs and customize it (different font colors, background, header images etc.) by renaming it? The theme that suits me doesn't have as many options as i would like, and all the changes (beside the available theme options) are applied to all blogs. Is there a plugin that allows this?

   Look into child themes.

   Or a css editor plugin, or the theme options plugin...

   A few ways you can go about it, really.
