WordPress MU

Hello!
I wanted to know how can I join Blogs with Groups...

The Idea is that a groups can have his own blog. So if I, lets say, have a group called: "Development" (which is also a group) and want to post something, this can be seen in the group and the blog.

Also, I want to know how do I make that every post got mailed to the users from that group?
Sorry... I'm not much of a WPMU user.. just a regular WP user.. :S

Install WPMU, add BuddyPress Plugin, add BP Group blog plugin for group blog, add BuddyPress forum component for group forum.
