Back in the olden days, wpmu sent me an email when a new blog was created. RC4 does not seem to have this functionality, so I was wondering was it forgotten or removed?
I notice there is are some new hooks in the registration/creation process that would be ideal to create a quickie plugin that would restore notifications but before I write it just wanted to check.
