PHP Failing after upgrade (2 posts)

I have just updated my 3 installations of MU on the same dedicated server and my memory usage has gone up almost 50%. I am using ZEND CE with the Java bridge and have allowed 20 meg uploads due to the size of the database and some of the photos' users are posting

Any ideas as to what has happened or what I can do to tweak this and recapture my lost memory?

Prior to the upgrade I was utilizing approx. 1.55 gigs of memory and now am using at least 1.55 gigs

I have a separate web site on the same server that is strictly html and it recovers nicely on restart, the WordPress Sites stumble around until the PHP somehow syncs up with them which can literally be 15 minutes for them to recover

Also, I notice that there are at least 8 php processes being spawned... is this a memory leak?

It would help if you told us your server config.

Your memory usage sounds very high. I've got 20 apache processes running on my server and with mySQL and various other things running I'm using about 550MB of RAM.
