I want to move wordpress single user to wordpress multiuser.
    What I have did is,
    1. Install wordpress MU.
    2. Create a new wordpress MU blog.
    3. Export single wordpress blog using wordress Tools in dashboard.
    4. Import that XML file into wordpress MU.

But through this way I don't get plugins/themes like my single user wordpress.

    Way 2: what I tried.
    1. Install wordpress MU.
    2. Create a new wordpress MU blog.
    3. Login to wordpress single user database and export mysql database into a sql file.
    4. Change all table name into wp_id_ format.
    5. Created those tables.
In this way I dont get any post and even plugin/themes.

Please help me , Am I missing anything.

Note that two domains are different.

From those two links that you posted in that post,
    first one is wrong information.
    second link does not work.

If you want your plugins and themes from the single WP install in WPMU you need to copy them over and put them in the appropriate directories. They are not moved as part of the blog export process

Be warned - some WP themes aren't WPMU compatible.

You install per blog plugins in exactly the same way as you do with WP - put them in the plugins directory and enable them from the admin backend.

Themes you put in the themese folder and then go into the theme admin screen for the site and enable each theme you want users to be able to use.

If you installed it in a subdirectory and didn't mean to then why not remove everything and install it at the top level and start again.

    What do you mean?

I stated that you copy the theme files over into the theme folder and and you need to activate them before people can use them
