After upgrade 2.9.1,it got undefined function is_admin() error. (2 posts)

    Hai,
    I just upgrade my wordpress mu by manually.I just replace all the files and not sure what happen.
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_admin() in /home/firstint/public_html/wp-includes/vars.php on line 16

    Please advice.

    Solved.This is because need to fully copy all the files except config files.
