Im guessing the style of my admin is not correct. Everything appears but not how admin should be looking, making me believe its the style. Can someone suggest something I can do?

You have a screenshot of what's going on? Reupload WPMU files and folders via FTP or cpanel if you auto-upgraded.

I would but I totally wiped out my database, by accident:( So now Im starting from scratch. I lost EVERYTHING!!! But the good news is I saved my file manager and I was able to retrieve mt plugins and themes.

Good for you. But the posts, comments, categories, tags are in the database ... tell me you have an XML file exported from the blog before it went kaput, so there's a glimmer of hope ...
