Is there a program to auto create a site after user fills out form and enters submit or do I need a bot for this? I seen the question asked but no answers.

When a user registers, they're given a choice of just a username or a username and a blog. If they choose to have a blog when they register, one will be created for them.

I need a program that won't allow them to the back end. So it must auto submit. It will register for them.

You don't get to the back end until you've got a valid logon.
