    I have about 5 or 6 staff users and we don't have anyone else on our site. As the top admin I can make post to all blogs, but my other admins can only make post within their respective blogs, meaning the sites main blog. They can only make comments on post of other blogs. How can I allow my users to make news post on all blogs?

    Assign them as a user on those blogs. Under the Users menu -> Add user.
