Everytime i add a new user it messes up the permalinks to my main blog. The only way to repair it is to go to each of the 8 blogs permalinks page and click "save changes" even tho I have not made any changes to the permalinks. This has been a problem for a little while and wanted to bring to your attention. I do not know if this is common or isolated but with 3.0 coming out in may. I thought it might be a bug that could be fixed.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, a number of us have known about this little bug, but haven't been able to narrow down *when* it happens.

ticket is made and Ticket #12383 if you wish to vote it up to get fixed sooner.
