WordPress MU

One user was asking me if he could transfer his archived blogs in Blogger.com to my site. I tried the Import function, but the page didn't open.

Any advise?

Please define "the page didn't open." Which page? Blogger's page? The WPMU install's page?

Sometimes Blogger hangs on the Import, especially if the blogger blog has many entries, or Blogger is being funky.

What do you expect when you put 50k users on a single machine. :(

"the page didn't open". It's blogger's page. When the blogger logs in to the Site Admin, there is a Import tab (next to the Options tab). When it's clicked, the screen (http://walknyc.archexpression.com/wp-admin/import.php)just runs forever without coming back with anything, or sometimes comes back with error "The page cannot be displayed"?

I have found the answer from a earlier thread. Here's the answer from samchng

For import you have to check out some thread that says to put a slash "/" behind a line. Changed WP_settings.php line 302 to allow import in admin to work by adding a slash after import.php.
