I have done all of the normal things to make it hard for spammers. It seems like they are searching for the MPMU or something (from what I see on my Google Analytics) What is the best way that you all have found to prevent these registrars? I have the combination of MPMU and WP and the forum.

Are we talking about spammers creating splogs or leaving spam comments?
Both problems have been discussed at length previously. Have you searched the foprums for the previous threads? Have you read the readme file included with the download for what it says in there on the topic?
