WordPress MU

I just upgraded my MU install to 2.9.2, I also just upgraded my Theme My Login plugin to version 5.0.6

One of the two upgrades made my widget disappear. It is no longer available in my widget list.

Any ideas?

I had to go all the way back down to plugin version 4.4 to get my widget back. No luck with any of the versions in between.

So, after running into other problems with this same plugin, I realized that in the newer versions you have to actually enable the widget in the plugin settings... silly me.

However, now I am being forced to the profile page no matter what settings I choose. I have started a new topic at the plugin author's forum:
