WordPress MU

I am running WordPress 2.9.1. installation.
I used to have BuddyPress 1.1.1 and I clicked on Upgrade BuddyPress and now I have the version 1.2.2.1.

Now I cannot access any members, forum or anything community related except our blog on our main page. I get this error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_has_site_members() in /homepages/29/d253158056/htdocs/designstyleguide.net/community/wp-content/themes/bp-magazine/includes/function-members.php on line 18

HOW DO I FIX IT. We have over 1000 members so this is very time sensitive.
