i used a wordpress mu installed by a company called wordpressmudev and they put some codes in my wordpress mu, every page and every blog has a blogroll and a footer pointing to their site. how can i remove those hooks? i asked wordpressmudev and they just told me to sign up for their forum which i need to pay $79 a month so that i can post and discussion with other users. i don't have that kind of money to pay. so if someone can kindly instruct me i would be very grateful! thanks!

    Hiya,

Apologies for the confusion. I thought you were asking about something else in your email. You can remove the footer links by removing wp.mu.php from wp-content/mu-plugins.

We don't modify the default blogroll links though. Those are just the WordPress defaults.

If you need further assistance with removing wp.mu.php just reply to your email. We won't be checking this thread for replies.

    Thanks,
    Andrew
