I have a theme for Winter available here. It supports widgets and has been used in an MU install. It also has a lightweight options page where users can change font style and size.
(okay it also work in regular WP as well)
More when I get around to it. I have some waiting on the hard drive, and there's two more non-widgetized themes here.
