    How do you make multiple site admins?

    These are the ones that can add blogs, turn on themes, etc.

    I cannot find a way to do it.

    Look for the Site Admins option in the main Site Admin-->Options page.

    "These users may login to the main blog and administer the site. Space separated list of usernames."
