Why Wp Super cache is always disable or half on? (1 post)

    Hai,
    I have install wp super cache but my checkbox at wp super cache always half on.I understand that it means only legacy WP-Cache caching and not fully cache.

    I not sure why.But i installed through plugin manager.So,my wp super cache was installed at plugin folder rather mu-plugin folder.

    Please advice.
