    Can you please let me know how I set up a new blog with wordpress mu?

    Site Admin menu, go to the Blogs menu item.
    Scroll down.

    See where it says "Add a new blog"?
    Fill it out. Click the button.

    If you want public users signing up, turn on registration under site Admin -Options.
    users will go to yourdomain.com/wp-signup.php

    Thanks.. Were is the site admin menu? I can't see it anywhere?

    Are you logged in to the backend / dashboard as the "admin" user?
