users just cant use iframes i havent treid it on the main page but i need help is there option i need to enable ?

no there is no option for this, the kses filter takes them out automatically.
you can go get the mu unfiltered html plugin and activate it for your main blog that will allow you to used any html tags on your main blog.there is also a premium plugin by wpmudev.net that allows you to define tags that will be allowed sitewide.

Tho I think you still need a plugin to handle iframes specifically. Pretty sure there's some in the repo.
