change layout of add post page in admin - shuffle widgets how?? (1 post)

    Hi guys,
    my website is cabonk.com. When a user logs in to add a new post, the layout of the add new post is a little messy. Which files do I need to look at to change the layout of the page? I just want to shuffle the widgets around.
