Is it possible to have a page on WPMU which will list posts from all blogs? Like an aggregator?

Yes another there are a number of different ways to do it. Search the forums for "list all posts" for previous discussions on this topic.
Probably the easiest method to do this would be install a copy of Donncha's Sitewide tag plugin and pull a feed off of that. You should see some discussion on that a few times previously.

Install the sitewide tags plugin and just use the blog its on.
