WordPress MU

Upgraded from a quite old version of MU to RC4, with instructions posted here. Vhost enabled, on hosting with cPanel.

Error is:
WordPress database error: [Unknown column 'link_count' in 'having clause']
SELECT * FROM wp_8_categories WHERE cat_ID > 0 HAVING link_count > 0 ORDER BY cat_name ASC

Did you run the upgrade script for the individual blog? Dashboard -> Site Admin -> Upgrade

Yeap. meta-name in blog page source code is "WordPress wordpress-mu-1.0".
