I'm trying to export a wordpress mu blog to a normal wordpress installation. Using the MU export function I made the xml file but when I try to import it inside Wordpress (2.0.4) using RSS format, some images became single posts so I have posts like:
Title: images123.jpg
Body: no text
Someone can help me?
Those are picture attachments. When you upload a picture and tell Wp to link it to a page, it creates one of those. There's a ticket over on the regular WP trac on the subject to change the exporter to support these 'Posts'. I'd just delete them.

Thank you for your reply drmike!. Further testing the export/import functions I see that comments are not exported/imported there are some workarounds?

Uhm I found another problem. THe images are liked with the full old url like this:
Old Blog on WPMU
blog.wpmu.com/files/images.jpg
After the import in the NEW single wordpress 2.0.4 blog:
blog.wpmu.com/files/images.jpg
So I have to replace the old url with the new at hand :|

Another problem:
Pages are now Posts :(
