I am looking to justify a WPMU decision over Drupal.
http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/search.php?q=drupal returns not many hits.
I read "I was working on using drupal, but it was a real dog for blogging."
Does the community have more stories about Drupal too?
Drupal's growing pretty quickly from what I hear.

I fidn it more CMS-like in building a single community, and MU is straight up more like a blog farm.
Depends on your needs.

Andrea is pretty much dead on. I honestly think it would be a real pain to run drupal as a blog platform.
I support Drupal with my hosting and I can't see it as a multi blog platform or maybe I'm missing something here.
It is more of a CMS than a blog system. It also seems like overkill to me. ("Hey lets drop each and every forum post into the home page and make the average user go yelling to their hosting provider to get them out of there!")
