I am using subdirectories and when creating a blog with the name blog I recieve a 404 which seems to be normal for me because the admin permalinks are using that directory as well.
A bug. Easiest way to report?

and it's not a bug... the system already use the sub-path /blog* in some ways, so if you have a permalink redirecting to /blog, it would mess a lot of things...
