Hello,
Is there a plugin/theme which i can use with WPMU that can be editted by each user himself.
Im looking for a theme/plugin that is almost ready but where users can only change colours from, letterstyles, maybe choose a URL where a banner/header can be found.
Is there a plugin like this?

Some themes have options that users can set through the admin panel. The striped plus theme has settings for all of the things that you mentioned.
IIRC, there's a plugin that will do this over at wpmudev.org that you can try.
Do remember that you open yourself up to security risks of course.
