my problem is that after I enable some themes on my wpmu blog, Meta container with link to Login-Site Admin-... does not appear.
how to make that container appear?

It's probably not included in those themes. Not all themes have everything in it.
Go to a theme that has it, copy the code and place it in the themes you want. -
If you have the WordPress Widgets installed, you also get a Meta widget which will include the links.

i dont know what is Widgets, but will try to figure out now :) -
Widgets is a plugin that makes the sidebar customizable without editing the theme (well, after the initial edit to get the widget code in there...)
Then your users can drag and drop elements onto their sidebars without affecting each other's layout.
