WordPress MU

Hello, this is off-topic(i think) post.. i'm interested in to learn how to WP use the *.MO files.. Sometimes i try to bo PHP programer and i think the MO sistem is verry useful to make multi-language sites.. and for make transalations

the guys at http://www.poedit.org/ are building different versions of the editor, maybe you'd have a better echoes on your request if you contact them ...
