WordPress MU

I just installed Wordpres MU, and I found that I can't create a blog..
When I tried to create it, after I clicked "Create a new blog", it appears:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/zhhsh815/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/home/header.php:5) in /home/zhhsh815/public_html/blog/wp-signup.php on line 347

How should I solve this?

First, that header already sent message usually means there's whitespace at the end of a file somewhere. check wp-signup.php and the other files listed.

Can you give us a proper URL?

Open up wp-signup.php, go to the end of the document. At the end of the last line of code, make sure their is not a space at the end. If their is, backspace or delete it. Upload file.
