Problem:
The "Register" link links to blog1.domain.com/wp-register.php, but instead of being the wp-register page it is just the main page with blog1.domain.com/wp-register/ in the browser address bar.

It's not really an issue because we want there to be a one blog<->one user relationship.
I should remove the wp-register.php in fact..
Then... how do users reg & login to comment?
They create a blog themselves and/or you don't require registration to post a comment. Bad Behaviour is very good at stopping spam attempts.
