WordPress MU

Hello, I am a new user to mu and would like to have (if anybody already has) or would like to help develop a spanish version of wordpress mu. I would really appreaciate any help. Like what files should I edit (besides the wp-content\themes\home ). I am new at this, but I got some experience in programming.
