    I long for WPMU new version, more faster & stable version.
    but I found the following download link, there are different file size between these version.
    which is recommended?

    I use the 1.1 with the newest files form the svn

    What changes have the 1.1?

    Yes, for the security and a lot of bugs are fixed

    normally show bottom of admin-footer.php
    php bloginfo('version')
    (Edit)and check this - wp-includes/version.php

    please comment which version you using now? :)

    I've got 1.0 on a live site, only because it's heavily modified.

    I'm working locally with a copy of that site, that is on a nightly from a week or so ago. Once I get it tweaked up ok, I'll grab the latest nightly, and make my edits, test it, and then roll it out.

    "Usually" if there is a major show stopper with a nightly, you'll see a post here from somebody that's tried it.

    I actually keep a record of what version we're running in our forums. I'm pretty much cutting and pasting out of trac for upgrading though.
