Use custom Technorati code? (3 posts)

I'm in the process is moving my standalone WP blog to a WP mu installation. On my old theme, I replaced the standard blog search with the embedded Technorati search, which also can track via Technorati blog links, etc. I was going to update my Technorati profile, but it uses an embedded link with the WP theme via a javascript snippet. However, in WP mu, the themes are shared, and show the Technorati stuff could apply to anyone using that theme. Is there a way to have custom code on a per blog basis? Or some other way to accomplish this? Thanks!

make a copy of the theme and have it available just for you

    OR

    use widgets.

I'd do it as a widget and allow folks to input the URL that Technorati give them while stripping out any extra information that they may have put in there.

    Hope this helps,
