I've read the comments and followed all the links here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_Admin_Themes
but i'm still not finding what i need. when i upload an admin theme and activate it in my plugin menu, nothing changes. i get the 'plugin activated' reply. i am using 'advanced-Admin-Menus', so i thought maybe there was some sort of conflict. but deactivating this plugin didn't change anything. i've tried Wordtunes Terminal, Spotpress and Tiger Adminpanel, tho none of them have worked.
is there something i need to do to activate these admin themes for myself and my users? If I edit the theme myself, will this change the themes for all of my users.
