Odd. After changing themes on my whole-site home page, the /signup.php page disappeared and was replaced by a regular blog page.

Any quick way to reverse that?

    "After changing themes"

There you go. Different theme, different results.

So is there a simple fix to going back to the original theme? *blush*

I just went back to the Kubrick WPMU default, but still can't get the /wp-signup.php to return.

Look for the one that activates the home directory, not "default".

Might have to look in the actual link when you hover over it, but one will say default, and one will say home.

If your main site doesn't have two kubrick options, you may have to go into site admin->blogs and then edit the main blog, and check that the "home" theme is allowed for that blog.

Well, something close to that. I kill off the home and classic themes, and replace the default with something else.

That did the trick--hovering is all!
