'Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_filter_post_kses() in mysite/wp-admin/options.php on line 62'

Anyone recognize this problem? i get this whenever i try to 'update options' under general settings. changing email address, weblog title, etc.

Strange as the function is in there. Link

You do have that file within your install, right?

i'm actually using an old kses.php so that i can use exec-php in my posts.

i found the solution in this thread:

    http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-inst/wp-includes/kses.php?rev=543

and i see where Bruz says:

Okay, there seems to be a problem in options.php when updating a blogs settings:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_filter_post_kses() in /html/wpmu/wp-admin/options.php on line 57

    Ideas?

but no one offers a solution. any ideas?

You haven't renamed the kses.php file, have you?

no, no rename. i just replaced the kses.php from mu 1.1 with the one from the trac. i'm glad i saw your response. i was about to start cutting and pasting some of the fixes from the trac.
