I'm curious what everyone's fav. multi-blog scripts are. I've been looking for features from other scripts to add in MU for the future but i'm not really finding any good ones.

I think the main things missing in WPMU are the community building features like a community wide tag cloud and more functionality like the fastest growing & most popular blogs that they have on Wordpress.com but haven't fed back to the core WPMU codebase as yet.
That and a safe templating engine so users can be able to edit their own themes.
Plus of course WPMU needs a stabilization period and an actual stable release.

would say i find pLog copes with the job better these days but say i haven't got deeper in nucleus. pLog seems to has more features enabled i think..
