How to create sub-blogs « WordPress MU Forums

I apologize if this has been answered already in advance but I searched and couldn't find the answer.

As far as I tell, when creating a new blog in MU, it would become blogurl.com/newblogname. But I am not sure how to get it to be blogurl.com/sub-folders/newblognames individually for multiple sites. Any help will be appreciated.

Have you actually seen this done, or are you asking if it can be done?
