Well I should be humble. I am new to wordpress mu, but have a squidge here http://www.bigblogzoo.com
It is brand spanking new, no users, and I am still testing. I was having problems with emails, if someone wants to sign up with a test sub domain (call it test, I will delete it later) I would be very appreciative.
Looks good, works well.
But :) There's tw0 themes I noticed (Tony and Japane Cherry blossom) had hardcoded items in the theme. Tony has someone's else Flickr stream and no way to change it from the user's perspective, and JCB (which I heart) has the designer's del.icio.us tag cloud.
You have to really comb over each and every theme. :)
