Regarding support for unlimited blogs, can my blogs use different domains?

Can each blog has it's own database? ....in case we need to sell a blog.

tsk tsk, multiple posts with the same questions.

Mu uses one big database for all the blogs (typically).

If you need to sell a blog you could always use the export feature and give the purchaser a file containing all the posts and pages. Package up the theme as well, and they can import it all into their own WP install.

I'd rather have the multiple questions especially since they're short.

Each blog has it's own set of tables with the database though as well as there being a master set of tables for running the entire install.

For the domains, please do a seach for domain mapping as there's a couple of different methods already described in fairly lengthly detail.

I'd personally just script an install if I was wanting to do that, mu is more aimed at blogging communities as far as I can see.

Why not simply use WordPress, using my multiple domain hack instead. While I used an example with multiple domains, a domain is a domain. Whether it's a sub-domain or whatever.
