How can Admin activate blog created by user? (2 posts)

I have a user who created a blog, but didn't receive the activation email...not sure why, others are working...maybe spam filter.

Anyway, I can't seem to find a way to activate it for the user. I can see it in the database in the wp-signups table. I changed the "Active" column to 1 and even entered a date/time in the "Activated" column, but still nothing. I don't see the user in the wp-users table, so I assume this is part of the problem.

Other than just creating another new blog, is there a way for the site admin to activate a blog for someone who didn't get the activation email?

Just posting what I found in case anyone else has this problem. I copied the activation key from the wp-signups table and appended it to the activation url in the browser. That activated the blog and I just needed to email him the username and password.

Seems there should be a way to do this from the admin interface? If anyone knows of a better way, please post. Thanks.
