WordPress MU

Hi all.
I installed wordpressmu, I installed BIND (DNS server). my server is installed Winxp , i can't start ISC BIND service , and i not found DNS server that start , that i can't access http://duong.192.168.1.35/wordpressmu/
Please help me sold this proplem.

When installing wpmu, you should choose subfolder, not subdomain installation.

Your blog url will then look like this: http://192.168.1.35/duong/
