Set up WPMU2005-10-01 on localhost. Everything works fine except getting this Fatal Error when signing out using user "admin":
    --------------------------------------
    Fatal Error
    Could Not Find Blog!
Searched for localhost/wpmu/ in wordpressmu::wp_blogs table. Is that right?
Please check that your database contains the following tables:
    wp_blogs
    wp_users
    wp_usermeta
    wp_site
    wp_sitemeta
    wp_sitecategories
    --------------------------------------
    Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes, i think you will get this id you don't have vhost or it is switch off in your config file. I Do have vhost but when i first installed i was fiddling with it and decided to see what happens if i chose to say 'no' to vhost on install. the error you get is the error I got. I don't it's not a fault on your part with regard to your istalation, it's just how it is with vhost off. I don't think it will effect your users blogs but you will have to find a way to manually update your home page.

    hope this helps

Hello. I'm interested to know if either of you(or anyone??) ever found a fix for this. It's the only thing between me and actually using wpmu, since I need to sign out of the admin account to go into my regular acount and.. well, I can't, since it gives me a fatal error.

I have encountered thsi several times on my blog which has been running well before. Lucky I have the backup and restored the copy of MU setup. I kept the non working copy of the MU and compared the files and noticed that the .htaccess file has been changed. i don't know what really happen. Furthermore, my MySQL ran into errors when backing up. I have abt over 500+ users. I then increate the table_cache variable for MySQL database and it works fine for the backing up.

My advice always keep a copy of yr working setup at least to restore. Lucky for me withthe backup I can still use the database again.
