    So, I have 1.0 installed. Is it wise to upgrade to a nightly? I really don't want to do that or security problem is critical for WPMU 1.o ?

    why upgrade to a nightly when you can upgrade to 1.2.2?

    If there are no security problems (MPMU 1.0) ??? I do not want upgrade my site.

    Yeah, you need to upgrade.
