I mean no disrespect but this has been discussed many many times in the past.

- Make sure you're keeping your wpmu install up to date.

- Make sure this fix is installed at teh very least: http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/changeset/952

Also p[lease be sure to explain what you're doing to get that error. Details help. Copying and pasting with no information does not.
